Umrah Tour Package 2026 · Operated by Epic Tours
1.Booking and Payment
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and acknowledged by Epic Tours. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of booking. Where a payment plan has been agreed, all instalments must be paid on or before their due dates; if any instalment is not paid on time, the entire remaining balance will become immediately payable. Epic Tours reserves the right to cancel the entire booking where any payment has not been received by the due date, and in that event all payments already made will not be refunded.
2.Flights
Flights are NOT included in the price of this package. All travellers are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to and from Saudi Arabia, and for ensuring these align with the tour dates. Epic Tours accepts no responsibility for any cost, loss, or inconvenience arising from flight delays, cancellations, or scheduling issues.
3.Check-In and Room Availability
Hotel check-in for this tour begins at 5:00 PM on 11th November. Rooms will not be available before this time under any circumstances, as this is determined by the hotels' own check-in policies. Travellers arriving in Madinah earlier than 5:00 PM should plan accordingly, as Epic Tours cannot guarantee early access to rooms and any arrangements needed for the period before check-in are the traveller's own responsibility.
4.Transport
Epic Tours will provide the following transport as part of the package:
- Transport between Makkah and Madinah.
- Transport for all scheduled ziyarat (visits to historical and religious sites) included in the itinerary.
Transport to and from airports is not included, and travellers must make their own arrangements for airport transfers. Any other transport outside of the scheduled itinerary is also not included unless stated otherwise in writing.
5.Entry Fees
Please note that entry fees for any museum, attraction, or site visited as part of the ziyarat are not included in the package price. Where a fee applies, this is simply payable by each traveller directly at the point of entry, and travellers may wish to carry a small amount of local currency for this purpose.
6.Accommodation
Room allocations (single, double, triple, or quad) are based on the option selected and paid for at the time of booking.
Room types are subject to availability, and Epic Tours reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative where a specific room type becomes unavailable.
Quad and triple room rates are based on the room being fully occupied. If you select a quad, triple, or double option but cannot provide the people to fill the remaining beds, Epic Tours will try its best to match you with other travellers, but this cannot be guaranteed. Where the remaining beds cannot be filled, whether by you or by Epic Tours, you will be allocated the appropriate smaller room type and charged at the corresponding rate. For example, if two travellers book the quad option and no further occupants are found by them or by Epic Tours, they will be allocated a double room and charged at the double room rate. Any additional amount due must be paid when requested; failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your entire trip, and all payments already made are non-refundable.
7.Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All payments made to Epic Tours, including deposits and any instalments, are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances. Epic Tours reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the itinerary, accommodation, or transport arrangements where necessary, including for reasons beyond its control.
8.Travel Insurance
As all payments are non-refundable, Epic Tours strongly advises all travellers to take out their own travel insurance, covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and any other risks they consider appropriate. Arranging suitable insurance is the responsibility of each traveller.
9.Travel Documents and Visa
All travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport (with the required minimum validity) and any necessary visa for entry into Saudi Arabia. Epic Tours can assist with visa applications where this service has been arranged, but the traveller remains responsible for the accuracy and validity of their own documents.
10.Health and Personal Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and to undertake the physical demands of Umrah, including walking and standing for extended periods. Any specific medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility needs should be disclosed to Epic Tours in advance so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.
11.Liability
Epic Tours acts as an organiser and intermediary between travellers and third-party providers, including hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers. While every care is taken in selecting reputable providers, Epic Tours cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of these third parties, or from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or changes to Hajj and Umrah regulations).
12.Complaints
Any concerns during the trip should be raised with the Epic Tours representative at the earliest opportunity so they can be addressed promptly. Complaints raised only after the tour has ended may be more difficult to resolve.
13.Acceptance
By making a booking with Epic Tours, the traveller confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
